At these events, the Company will highlight key milestones on its path toward the public markets and how its capital markets strategy, combined with more than 20 years of real-world fusion technology development and results, supports a practical, scalable pathway to commercialization.
The Company previously announced its plans to go public through a business combination (the transactions contemplated by the business combination, collectively, the "Proposed Business Combination") with Spring Valley Acquisition Corp. III (NASDAQ: SVAC) ("SVAC").
General Fusion CEO Greg Twinney will speak at The Economist's 2nd annual Fusion Fest in London, UK, on April 14, joining a fireside chat with Economist editor Oliver Morton to discuss the Company's path to bringing fusion energy to the public markets.
